Each stone pillar, latticed window and shaded bower of Umaid Bhawan, which continues to be the official residence of the royal house of Jodhpur, have stories to tell! Take an evening walk around the sprawling palace grounds, as the royal butlers recount interesting tales and legends woven around the property and the beautiful city of Jodhpur. Walk over to the museum at the Umaid Bhawan, which houses striking pieces of art, artifacts and costumes dating back to medieval Rajasthan.
